Castles Restaurant

The chefs in the hotel’s Castles Restaurant make good use of fine Scottish produce, cooked to order.

Popular choices include starters such as the Cullen skink, salmon and smoked haddock fishcakes and the battered mushrooms which are stuffed with haggis and served with a garlic and wholegrain mustard mayo.

Among the main courses, dishes like the rib-eye steak, scampi and chicken curry with rice have many fans.

The evening menu is not available on Sundays so guests are welcome to order from the High Tea menu.
