Great menu

The Opal Bar and Restaurant is a spacious venue with glass panels framing fantastic views of the Clyde Valley and surrounding countryside.

As part of the offer, guests will enjoy a starter and main course from the Chef’s specially selected menu.

The exact dishes change regularly but the kitchen brigade enjoys using locally produced ingredients from suppliers such as Ramsay’s of Scotland. The restaurant is a proud member of The Scotch Beef Club.
