Popular starters on the table d’hôte menu include the chicken parfait with toasted brioche and pear and apple chutney or the breaded goat’s cheese with pickled beetroot, carrots, walnuts and balsamic dressing.
The range of main courses includes a tremendous steak and ale pie – made with Belhaven beer; pan roasted salmon with pomme puree, prawn and caper buerre noisette, and a piri piri chicken burger with red onion relish.
