Available Sunday to Thursday, noon to 8pm, the Big Deal is for two and offers a starter of Jail Bread with butters, dipping oil and olives, a Surf & Turf main course of Bavette steak, whole tiger prawns, hand cut rooster fries and garlic & herb butter, plus a bottle of San Abello Merlot.

The handmade Jail Bread included as a starter is so-named because it is made by prisoners in Polmadie as part of a rehabilitation program teaching career skills. So this Big Deal also makes a valuable social contribution.

Your meal is accompanied by a bottle of Chilean Merlot, with aromas and flavours of ripe plums and sweet spice, with subtle notes of cinnamon, coffee and dark chocolate, the perfect complement to the beef.
