Sourced from a Tweed Valley farm, the beef is dry aged for 35 days, and is served with two side orders, two steak sauces and a grill garnish.
A bottle of the house white, red or rosé is included in the offer.
If one of you likes your steak well done and your dining companion prefers it medium rare, there is the option for each diner to have a fillet steak, cooked to their specification, instead of the Chateaubriand.
