This rather romantic Big Deal is for two people to enjoy an overnight stay in one of the Tiree, Uist, Arran or Islay rooms at the Galley of Lorne Inn including their legendary Highlander full Scottish breakfast which will set you up for a day exploring beautiful Argyll. Or you could choose something a little lighter such as the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs or the local, naturally smoked haddie poached in buttermilk.

After a full day’s adventure, we’re sure you’ll want to dine at the Galley and you are in for a treat; fresh Scottish ingredients, some grown at the inn, are at the heart of the menus. Think along the lines of oven-roasted rack of venison or pan-seared scallops from the Firth of Lorne.

A collection of 50 malts and an ever-changing selection of real ales make both bars rather tempting. If the weather is fine guests can sip a malt, sup a pint or savour a glass of perfectly chilled wine on the sundeck and enjoy the views. On those chillier evenings, you can relax by one of the roaring log fires.

Bedrooms at the Galley are a cosy hideaway to relax and unwind in, and feature double glazing, LCD TV, Freeview channels; clock radio with iPod docking facility and wireless internet access.

The offer is available seven nights a week but there will be a supplement of £10 per room per night for Friday or Saturday stays.
