Specific dishes will depend on the best ingredients available that day but starters might be the mushroom velouté or home cured salmon gravadlax with cucumber, honey and mustard dressing.

Mouth- watering main courses might feature seared coley, piperade and salsa verde or our confit duck leg with braised put lentils.

Indulge with Devonshire sticky toffee pudding with clotted cream for dessert.

The fourth course will be come in the form of either an intermediate or pre dessert.
