Executive Head Chef Barry Duff likes to use fresh, seasonal, locally sourced and, wherever possible, organic produce.

Specific dishes will depend on the best ingredients available that day but typical starters might be the mushroom velouté or the duo of smoked salmon, avocado puree & lemon jelly.

Mouth-watering main courses might feature pan fried coley, warm potato salad with tomato & herb butter sauce or the daube of pulled Cairnhill beef, baby vegetables and pea purée.

Desserts include pear tart with vanilla ice cream and the delicious blueberry and yoghurt panna cotta with white chocolate biscuit, among others.

The fourth course will come in the form of either an intermediate or pre dessert.
