Having first opened in 1890, this Dumbarton Road icon has entertained, wined and dined generations of Glaswegians.

Well known for its charismatic, singing staff, The Cabin is a West End institution.

Take up today’s Big Deal with The Cabin and you can look forward to a delicious three course dinner followed by some fantastic singing from the waiting staff.

Available on Fridays and Saturdays, the evening starts at 7.30pm.

Individual dishes may change but typical starters include the pigeon salad served with bacon and croutons; monkfish tempura and, the ever popular, grilled goat’s cheese.

Among the main courses, the pan-fried haunch of venison served with a port and redcurrant jus always has plenty of fans. As does the breast of chicken stuffed with haggis and a garlic mushroom cream sauce.

Of course, there are always vegetarian options at The Cabin.
