Designed to help you relax and harmonise your mind and body, there are six treatments on offer. Each will last approximately twenty minutes giving a blissful total treatment time of an hour.

Choose three from the following:

Baobab nut back massage – begins with a body exfoliation using the Baobab nuts. Baobab oil is then gently warmed before the nut massage begins. Using a range of relaxing, calming movements, your therapist will help restore your body’s balance. Baobab Oil has fantastic anti-inflammatory and moisturising properties, and is easily absorbed. It helps soothe, soften and restructure the skin and make it more elastic.

Swedish massage – if you are looking for complete relaxation and a feeling of deep wellbeing, a Swedish massage is the perfect treatment to boost overall vitality and promote a sense of calm. This relaxing massage, designed for tired, stressed and aching muscles has many benefits.

Hot stone massage – a hot stone massage incorporates the use of smooth volcanic stones which are warmed before being used in your massage. The heat from the stones feels amazing and can help aid circulation of blood and relax tightened muscles. 

Cleansing back treatment -a cleansing, purifying treatment to combat blemishes on the neglected back area. Includes dry body brushing, steam/vapour, a purifying mask and moisturising.

Express facial – featuring a cleanse, tone, exfoliation and moisturising treatments, this rejuvenating facial will pep up your profile.

Indian head massage - Indian head massage is a very effective treatment to reduce stress and tension, aid relaxation, restore balance to the body’s natural systems, detoxify and provide relief from a wide range of common complaints. The massage techniques used reduce muscle tension and encourage the removal of toxins while work on pressure points helps relieve nervous tension and stress.
