Some restaurants are enjoyably rustic. Others have a more suave appeal.
Today’s Big Deal is with the Urban Bar and Brasserie, a restaurant which has its neatly shined shoes firmly in the latter camp.
If you would like to enjoy a fine meal for two in one of Glasgow’s more sophisticated restaurants then set a course for Urban Bar and Brasserie on St Vincent Place in the city centre.
City centre elegance
Once home to the Bank of England’s Scottish HQ, Urban Bar and Brasserie has retained its dashing good looks.
Decked out with wood panels, stunning flower displays and ornate cornicing, it is rather an elegant city centre spot.
Based around their new spring menu, this Big Deal is designed to let you see what their kitchen can do with the finest seasonal produce.
Flexible meal times
Available Sunday to Friday, this offer would be perfect for a working lunch, pre-theatre meal; afternoon shopping break; a romantic night out or a lazy Sunday afternoon lunch.
