Sipsmith London Cup – based on an old punch recipe which sailors brought back to London from India.

Eccentric Gin’s Cardiff Dry – a unique dry gin flavoured with rich herbal notes of rosemary, fennel, sorrel and liquorice, together with citrus notes from lemongrass and verbena.

Edinburgh Gin’s Rhubarb & Ginger – gin liqueur made with tangy spring crop rhubarb macerated with oriental ginger and lemon zest.
