Part of Village The Hotel Club Glasgow on Pacific Quay, this chic grill restaurant is very handy for shows or conferences at The SSE Hydro and the SECC as well as the hip and happening Finnieston area.

Decorated with an open fire and attractive whisky cask lighting, it is a stylish spot for a relaxed dinner with a friend, family or your other half.

Available Saturday to Thursday, from 5pm to 9pm, the offer is for two people to each have a starter and main course or main course and dessert from the following menu:

Starters

Hummus, red pesto & roasted red pepper dip with grilled crisp flatbread

Roasted sweet potato bisque served with chilli yoghurt

Hot & sticky ribs with bourbon BBQ glaze

Pressed ham hock, pea & mint terrine with a grain mustard dressing and pea shoot salad

Main courses

Chicken Kiev with garlic butter & creamed potato

Chickpea, spinach & sweet potato curry with basmati rice

House burger – 7oz* prime hamburger topped with cheddar and bacon

Teriyaki salmon with a warm black rice salad

Warm chopped chicken, avocado & feta salad with courgette, tomato & crisp greens with our house vinaigrette

Desserts

Chocolate mousse with whipped cream and honeycomb

Crème brûlée – chilled vanilla custard with a caramelised top

Sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream and a caramel and pecan sauce

Verve hot chocolate sundae vanilla and chocolate ice cream served with marshmallows and a hot chocolate sauce

Convenient

Verve Grill is a five minute walk from the Exhibition Centre and The Hydro. There is a train link to Glasgow city centre from the Exhibition Centre. The hotel has free parking for guests.

Whether you are going to see Muse, Busted or the Dixie Chicks at The Hydro, today’s Big Deal at Verve Grill would make a great support act.
