The Brasserie is part of the Millennium Hotel and, as the name suggests, the large conservatory windows look out onto the ever bustling hub which is George Square in the heart of Glasgow.
The menu includes tasty starters such as spicy herb sausage crostini, Greek calamari salad and chicken liver salad served with a red onion chutney and toasted bread.
Among the main courses are gourmet delights like the spiced chicken and salsa tortilla cup; breaded coley; spaghetti carbonara and the loin of pork served with a garlic and herb mash.
