Pheasant and chanterelle terrine with plum and port chutney, frisée greens and Scottish oatcakes
Vegetarian haggis bonbon coated in panko breadcrumbs and fried, served with a tangy brown sauce
Garlic and thyme houmous – a blend of chick peas, garlic, olive oil, lemon and thyme and Greek yoghurt, served with warm pita bread and marinated olives
Breast of chicken Balmoral – chicken stuffed with haggis, served with herb mashed potato and whisky sauce
Slow roast pork belly – slow roasted pork belly roulade served on apple mash with cider gravy
Spiced bean burger with guacamole, salsa and Emmental cheese, served with fries and salad
Garlic butternut squash gnocchi with a light Parmesan cream and rocket leaves
Chocolate mousse – a light milk chocolate mousse accompanied with a wild berry compote
Selection of homemade ice cream or sorbets served with a shortbread biscuit
Shortbread raspberry cranachan tower – shortbread biscuits, filled with cranachan cream and fresh raspberries
