Launched last year, Azur Bistro is a modern Mediterranean bistro on the second floor of the Princes Square centre.

Combining classic, Med-inspired dishes with a modern twist, the kitchen sources the best quality ingredients for its seasonally changing menus.

Diners can choose between a cosy booth in the light and bright restaurant or you could make like our cousins over the Channel and dine on the indoor terrace – an arrangement that gives you the ambience of dining al fresco without risking Scotland’s unpredictable summer weather.

Classic bistro dish

Available seven days a week, the offer is for two people to each have a delicious steak frites along with a 500ml carafe of the house red, white or rosé to share.

The 8oz Scottish rump steak is served with roasted tomato, rocket and, of course, light, crispy frites.
