The market menu changes depending on the best produce available each day. Typical starters might include the melon and prawn Marie Rose or the warm salad of chicken, bacon, black pudding and Cos lettuce with a balsamic dressing.
Popular main courses include the breast of chicken with haggis in an Arran mustard whisky cream or the seared salmon with wilted spinach and lemon butter.
