The Big Deal is for an hour long treatment with fully qualified sports therapist, Jemma McKirdie.
Equipped with a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science and specialising in sports injuries, Jemma has plenty of experience in mending musculature; melting knotty problems and tending to troublesome tissues.
Choice of massage
Available Monday to Saturday, the Big Deal is for a fifteen minute consultation and then a 45 minute massage of your choice in the softly lit massage room.
Whether you want a relaxing aromatherapy massage; a deeper Swedish tissue massage to deal with recalcitrant muscles or a sports therapy massage to help get to grips with specific problems, Jemma knows how to knead all the right places.
Using top quality Dermalogica oils, your massage can be individually tailored to suit your needs and moods.
