Aromatherapy massage – uses therapeutic essential oils produced from plants and fruits. Deeply relaxing, aromatherapy massages can be used to alleviate tension headaches, manage stress, ease pain and help the immune system. Your therapist will tailor the blend of essential oils to best suit your needs.

Hot stone massage – uses soothing oils and warm basalt stones which are placed on specific key areas of the body to relax muscles and allow for a deeper and more intensive all over body massage.

Melt the tension

Both are deeply relaxing treatments designed to ease stiff muscles, relieve stress and produce a feeling of utter relaxation.
