Duck & mandarin pâté – A unique, smooth duck pâté served with Scran 77 caramelized onion marmalade & fresh oatcakes

Stornoway black pudding with poached egg – Stornoway black pudding served with a soft, finest quality poached egg, topped with a bacon-infused Hollandaise sauce

Main courses

Balmoral chicken – Haggis-stuffed chicken breast served with a light whisky jus & clapshot with chive garlic mash potato

Sweet potato, coconut & chickpea curry (V) – Sweet potato, coconut & chickpea curry served with garlic naan bread & sticky basmati rice

Cod wrapped in smoked Ayrshire bacon – Fillet of cod wrapped in smoked Ayrshire bacon, served on a bed of sautéed potatoes, crushed peas & served with a beurre blanc sauce

Desserts

Chocolate orange lava cake – A true chocoholics dream. Dense brownie cake with a gooey orange chocolate centre, served with a white chocolate disk & hot butterscotch sauce

Strawberry filo tart – Buttery filo pastry with fresh strawberries topped with a strawberry glaze, served with a white chocolate cream custard

Scran cheese board – A selection of fine cheeses & oatcakes, served with Scran 77 sticky orange marmalade
