Exact choices will change regularly but typical options might be the Two Fats prawn cocktail; the smooth chicken liver parfait; the oven-baked cod fillet served with a chorizo and chickpea stew or the locally sourced blade of Scotch beef served with a chive mash, button onion and pancetta red wine jus.
