A half hour drive from Edinburgh and just over 45 minutes from Glasgow, The Elgin Hotel is a beautiful country house hotel situated in the picturesque village of Charlestown, Fife.
Views over Firth of Forth
The fifteen bed hotel has great views over the Firth of Forth, the Pentland Hills and the world famous Forth Bridges.
With a great reputation for fine food and a warm welcome, it’s the perfect place for a getaway break.
Waterfront setting
Available Sunday to Friday, the deal is for a romance package for two people to enjoy an overnight stay with a three course set dinner in the evening and a full Scottish breakfast in the morning – perfect for the couple who want to enjoy some time together.
Saturday night stays are available in April only.

Scottish ingredients
Overlooking the Firth of Forth, The Elgin’s restaurant uses fresh, seasonal ingredients in the dishes on their regularly changing menus. Popular starters include the king prawns in a crispy coating with a Thai sweet chilli dipping sauce and the chicken and pork liver pâté.
Scotland’s larder is showcased with choices like the Highland salmon topped with prawns in a creamy Drambuie and dill sauce while Mediterranean influences shine through on dishes like the penne pasta with chicken and chorizo.

When available, superior rooms will be given at no extra cost for Sunday to Thursday night stays.
Check-in from noon; check-out by 10am.
Advance booking required.
Any cancellations must be made at least 48hrs prior to midday on the day of check-in. Failure to give sufficient notice may result in vouchers being invalidated.
One child, under 12, can be accommodated in a family room when sharing with adults. Supplement of £10 for 1 child for B&B; £15 for 2 children B&B.
