To help showcase the local Scottish talent, this year we have a host of chefs sharing their kitchen secrets live on stage. The line-up includes Loyd Grossman, Channel 4’s Fabulous Baker Brothers, The Ivy’s Gary Lee, Michael Smith of The Three Chimneys and Geoffrey Smeddle of the Michelin star Peat Inn.
At Taste, not only will you be able to enjoy fare from some of Scotland’s finest restaurants and learn tips from the professionals, you’ll also have the chance to sample produce from over 100 food and drink exhibitors and polish your own culinary techniques with AEG Perfekt Cooking Classes with Edinburgh School of Food & Wine.
With free entry for children under the age of twelve, it promises to be a gastronomic treat for all the family!
