Three AA Rosettes

With three AA Rosettes to its name, The Pompadour is as famed for its cuisine as it is for its dining room.

The restaurant is led by brothers Jeff and Chris Galvin who have earned multiple Michelin stars and AA Rosettes. Acclaimed chef Fraser Allan is the Executive Chef charged with overseeing the brothers’ vision.

The kitchens combine the best of classical French-inspired cuisine with locally sourced Scottish ingredients to provide a unique fine dining experience.

Fresh produce

Available Tuesday to Friday, from 6pm to 7pm and 9pm to 10pm, the offer is for two people to share a Chateaubriand steak.

Cooked to your specification, this luxurious cut of beef will be served with pommes Anna plus a watercress and brown butter Béarnaise sauce.

The sommelier will select a bottle of wine to complement the steak.

The Pompadour by Galvin has been winning friends and admirers since it opened in 2012. When The Observer’s Jay Rayner reviewed the restaurant, he reckoned that ‘Class act doesn’t quite cover it – these boys know exactly what they are doing.’
