Recently under new management, Bayswell Park Hotel & Spa boasts a superb location, perched on a cliff top beside the Firth of Forth.
As its name suggests, The View restaurant at the hotel enjoys panoramic sea-views across to the Bass Rock.
An afternoon tea scone always tastes better when accompanied by an ever-changing skyline which moves from brilliant blue to glorious shades of crimson.
Tea for two
Available from noon to 4pm, Monday to Saturday, this offer is for a wonderful afternoon tea for two.
The exact items may vary occasionally but you can look forward to beautiful scones, smoked Salmon Benedict; roast Beef and horseradish sandwiches; banoffee pie, lemon meringue tarts, Victoria sponge and rocky road cake.
The hotel’s exquisite loose leaf tea is supplied by PM David Silva & Sons.
