Today’s Big Deal is available seven days a week and is for two people to stay overnight in a classic double or twin room, on a bed and breakfast basis.

The offer includes two spa treatments for each booking. Choose from an Elemis Deep Tissue Back Massage; an Elemis Taster Facial; the Lime and Ginger Salt Glow Exfoliation Treatment; the Pro-Collagen Hand and Nail Treatment or the Sole Delight Grooming for Feet.

In addition, all guests are entitled to a 20% discount on pre-booked, full price spa treatments.

Guests are welcome to pre-book a three course set dinner for £20 per person instead of the usual £25. Supplements apply to some dishes from the grill section.

Golf fans are invited to pre-book a round on the resort’s 72 par Cardrona Championship course for £15 per person.

Benefiting from views of the surrounding hills, the classic bedrooms feature rich, soft furnishings, comfortable beds, blackout curtains and luxury en-suite bathrooms with separate showers.

Award-winning restaurant

The proud holders of an AA Rosette, Renwicks Restaurant is an airy and inviting space, featuring panoramic views of the golf course and the Border hills. The chefs use only the finest Scottish beef, lamb, pork and wild white fish and, where possible, also source local, organic suppliers for the vegetables and dairy products.

The menu changes regularly but typical starters might be the smoked haddock from John Ross Jr of Aberdeen with a pannacotta, lemon and caper dressing.

Popular main courses include the braised shoulder of Highland lamb, roast root vegetables and garlic mash and the slow roasted belly of outdoor reared pork with Stornoway black pudding and apple purée.

See & do

The hotel’s activity centre offers rock-climbing, abseiling, quad biking, archery and off-road driving. Alternatively, the mountain biking in the nearby Glentress Forest is superb.
