It’s a fantastic mountain to climb and provides great views of Loch Long and Ben Lomond.

Stunning scenery
A former coaching inn situated at the foot of the ‘Arrochar Alps’ on the shore of Loch Long, the hotel is in the middle of some of Europe’s most stunning scenery.
And if testing your walking boots on The Cobbler is not your cup of Rosie Lee there are plenty of alternative ways to enjoy this beautiful neck of the woods.
Cruise on Loch Lomond; explore Balloch Castle or take a tour of Glengoyne Distillery – all within easy reach.
Mini-break
Option one is for one person to enjoy an overnight break at the Arrochar Hotel. A full Scottish breakfast and three course table d’hote dinner are included in the offer.
Option two would be perfect for a romantic getaway. The offer is for one person to have two consecutive nights in a double or twin room with a loch view.
The offer also includes a three course table d’hote dinner each night with a guaranteed loch view table in the dining room.
Option two also includes a glass of wine for dinner plus chocolates in your room on arrival.
Both option are available seven days a week. Weekend supplements apply.

‘Stunning location and excellent value. Just stayed for a long weekend at the hotel. The views of the loch & The Cobbler are absolutely stunning. Our room was well equipped for a short stay with staff and food excellent… The hotel is only 30 mins from Inverarary and Loch Goilhead – both beautiful spots for seeing the magnificence of Scottish scenery. We would highly recommend this hotel as it is quaint and good value. Only downfall was floorboards were a bit squeaky so could hear other guests in the room above moving about.’

Option 2 is for a 2 consecutive night stay in a loch view twin or double with chocolates in room on arrival, full Scottish breakfast, 3 course table d’hote dinner both nights + glass of wine with dinner.
Check-in is from 3pm; check out by 11am.
Guests wishing to stay in a single room will incur a supplementary charge of £5 per night. Double rooms are also available for sole use, subject to a supplement of £8 per night.
Sea view rooms subject to a supplement of £10 per room, per night.
Children under 12 stay free for free when sharing with adults, pay for meals as taken. Children over 12 charged £12 per child, per night for dinner, bed & breakfast.
Max 2 children per room.
Pets charged at £10 per pet per night.
