Wonderful birthday lunch in sublime surroundings on an otherwise miserable day. Very easy to see why the original sister venue has a Michelin star.
Creative canapes, stellar amuse bouches and a complimentary glass of champagne set an amazing scene for a memorable lunch.
Duck foie gras ravioli, hanger steak and a chocolate dessert may seem very unimaginative choices but they were brought to life in spectacular fashion - truly the hallmark of excellence.
In short, the surroundings, service and delivery were both informal and world-class. We would both return in a heartbeat.
