Kilkie is a great lover of the Mediterranean approach towards eating; using simple ingredients cooked with passion, and enjoyed in the good company of friends and family, an ethos he will bring to his kitchen in The Byre. Kilkie has created a brand new menu with delicious dishes made using the finest local and seasonal produce of Scotland.
