About Tapas At Singh's
World tapas and Indian flavours at Soar Intu Braehead
A new development from the family behind Mr Singh’s India at Charing Cross, Tapas at Singh’s is part of the Soar Intu Braehead entertainment complex. As the name suggests, tapas are the main focus of the menu although the staff in kilts also get their fair share of attention. Open for lunch, dinner and all points in between, Tapas at Singh’s is ideal for a shopping trip break, a family outing or a bite to eat before or after enjoying one of the many nearby entertainment options. The restaurant’s cocktail and pakora master classes are yet another reason to visit.
Traditional India and fusion dishes
Flavours from around the globe, traditional Indian recipes and innovative fusion dishes all rub along comfortably on the menu at Tapas at Singh’s. Popular curries like the lamb biryani or chicken tikka korma are offered with creative options like the curried haggis croquettes and the roast queen scallops on a bed of sweet pepper chutney.
A European section of the menu includes choices like the Caesar salad, the soup of the day and the grilled sea bass on a mango salad. What unifies all the dishes is the use of fresh, local ingredients.
