Rating Nice meal but expensive drinks (Rating 4.0/5)
We had a nice pre concert meal here.
Nice tasting food but not very big portions (alot of sauce, bit of rice but no vegetable accompaniment with either the sea bass or the chicken we had)and the price of soft drinks was very high - almost £4.00 for a pint glass of draught coke with half of it made up of ice is not good value so our quick pre concert meal for 3 cost us almost £80 which seems on the high side to me. I think we should have gone with the a la carte and perhaps we could have made do with 2 courses as porions would be larger (I hope!). Overall, food was very nice and service very friendly but disappointing to be charged £2.95 for some bread an butter to go with the prawn cocktail - bit steep, guys!
