  I love everything about this cosy, wee place. We had a delicous meal, and although we had our sights set on pudding, we had no room after two courses. The pre-theatre menu is such good value with a glass of decent wine included in the price.

  We went here on a Sunday on the lunch offer for my father's birthday. The restaurant was very quiet, perhaps one other table, but don't know why! Food was great, service was excellent and deal was good value. Would recommend to others!

  Our party of three had lunch on a midweek afternoon and the restaurant was very quiet. We had the 2 courses and 1/2 bottle of wine person for £14.95 which was good value. Although there are only 3 choices in each of the three sections. The food was very nice on the whole but one of the party had muscles for a starter and found the sauce very watery and pretty tasteless but other than that everything else was very good. I like the different types of bread you are offered and service is prompt and efficient.
