Dunsyre Blue: Walston Braehead farm, Lanarkshire Gorgeously creamy with a soft, long, blue finish. Vegetarian.

Ossau Iraty: A fine example of a mountain ewe’s milk cheese from the French Pyrenees. It has been granted AOC protection, which requires adherence to strict rules in Bearn and Baeque regions of the French Pyrenees.

Ardrahan: Kanturk, Cork, Ireland A delicious semi-soft cheese, buttery, tangy, yet smooth. Vegetarian.
