On a cold winters night this place looks good from the outside. We were shown to 3 tables before I was happy, one to the side of the bar where you could say was like a perch. The other by the front door, not acceptable, the third was ok, but had it been really busy then I would have gone elsewhere. We were advised by the waitperson a party was upstairs and if we didn't order in the next 15 min there would be a considerable time to wait for food. So we ordered pronto, food arrived hot and appealing. I had fish and chips which were well cooked, my friend had the stuffed chicken which he said was good. We did feel it was lacking something, can't quite put my finger on it. On the plus side the waitress was really nice.
