Second time at Hyde. First time excellent, good food, good service and value for money. Second time not so good. 20 mins to take food and drink order. An hour and a half to get main course, main course then came without the chorizo, so another dish had to be made. I had finished my main course before my daughter started hers. Ordered dessert, wrong crumble arrived, which my daughter did not eat. The manager did apologise profusely about service and explain that a table of 9 had came in and kitchen forgot about our order. They did offer 2 drinks on house, which we did not accept. They did remove the cost of a dessert after I embarassingly had to point out we did not have drinks on house. Had recommended Hyde to friends after first visit. Not sure I would go back now. I think it may just be a problem they need to sort out quickly. The food is good, the place is nice, the staff are very pleasant but the service needs addressed.
