About Hotel du Vin @ 1 Devonshire Gardens
A Christmas cracker of deal at Hotel du Vin Glasgow
Our 4 course lunch with a complimentary glass of champagne was wonderful. Great food, served by friendly and professional waiting staff. We took our aunt who is visiting from Australia, she was most impressed and wants to go back for a meal.
The welcome from Alan is just the welcome I always hope for. His attention to detail & service is my indulgence at Hotel du Vin. His ability to know & remember & execute what the diner wants is bliss although appreciated only by few. New experience! the bar was fabulous with decor ambience service & cosyness. Cocktails were amazing concocted & presented by the very well presented Darius.
Dining - The dishes were all cooked to perfection. The pre-dessert is now the correct size & as a result is appealing & enjoyable. Let's not forget about the bread ! The whole experience was vintage Hollywood - Luvd it!
