This was my 3rd time at this restaurant, though my last visit was about a year ago. Arrived at 5.45 to discover they had not booked us in despite me showing my online booking confirmation. We waited 10 minutes for a table which was ok. They were very slow to bring starters but by 7.15pm, an hour and a half after we arrived, there was still no sign of main courses. The waitresses we spoke to kept telling us they were busy and when we finally got up to go, now late for our 7.30 engagement, the manager told us there was nothing he could do about it.
Categorically the worst service I've had. The starters were very nice, but a place to be avoided if at all busy, it's clear they are not equipped to deal with it.
