The restaurant menu also features Mediterranean dishes such as the lamb koftas with coriander and apricot cous cous; penne pasta (gluten-free also available) with aubergine, cherry tomatoes, olives & feta; and baked free range eggs and pisto (a Spanish-style ratatouille) with tomato & garlic rubbed bread.
Firebird is also a popular stop for lunch and serves various sandwiches daily up until 5pm. Some choices include the falafel pita with hummus, pickled cabbage & tahini; the Serrano ham, Manchego cheese & sun-dried tomatoes; and the marinated burrata mozzarella with beetroot & herbs.
