After good starters the main course lamb was tough and chewy. When we complained to the waiter they took the dish away and said it was within their range of acceptance. When we refused another dish (on the basis we did not want another tough one if that is their standard!) and asked for the returned dish to be taken off the bill, the waiter then tried to negotiate a part payment as some of the dish had been eaten. We declined this offer and the waiter accused us of adopting an inappropriate tone and inferred we were trying to get something for nothing. We sought the bill, which arrived with the 5pm discount missing again (a regular occurrence from our previous visits). Needless to say we will not be visiting Bukarah again anytime soon, and they have lost a regular customer through arrogance....and poor quality lamb.
