As a former waitress I have never seen such poor service. First of all, we got there and ask for 2 bottles of white wine as it was included in our deal. The waitress came back with 3 wine glasses (fresh from the dish washer, not even polished let alone dried) with 2 bottles of white wine warm as a pot of tea. We kindly told her that we wanted cold white wine, as it is supposed to be served and she answered that she got them herself from the fridge. What she didn't know is that we saw the bartender giving her the glasses and the wine so we just agreed and waited for another waiter to get a chilled bottle. The waiter understood and came back with 2 chilled bottles but that did not stop the first waitress rolling her eyes just in front of us. Along he brought 3 fresh polished glasses. The food was nice...a bit cold however the steak was still tender. But bear in mind that 2 different waiters told us 2 different deals. we waited for the food for quite some time until we asked for some bread (we dared as we concluded that as our table was booked and they knew the deal we had booked, the table was still set with a bread roll plate). Last but not least, we had to wait 20minutes for someone to come and get our bill. Overall, please...if you don't have enough staff or even if you want to treat people that booked a deal as people not bringing money to your business, just go and get yourself off of 5pm.
