Corinthian Club Review

  • Rating Great food but freezing atmosphere!! (Rating 3.4/5)
Food was good but we had to endure 2 hours of air conditioning turned up at full blast and blasting directly on our table!! On speaking to 3 different members of staff we were told that the air conditioning would be turned down but it didn't happen. Considering my elderly father of 88yrs was with us, I would have expected to be offered another table - this may have happened if it wasn't for the arrival of a group of at least 30 tourists, but this wasn't used as an explanation for not offering us another table. All in all, the service and the food was good but doubt I would return until they have sorted their air conditioning system out - can't really understand why this is necessary in a restaurant in Glasgow - the South of France maybe, but in Glasgow why is this necessary? Really disappointing and spoiled the evening in a beautiful restaurant.
