The Italian Kitchen Review

  • Rating Pleasant surprise (Rating 5/5)
I have walked by the Italian kitchen many times but never really felt inspired to go until I was looking on 5pm for somewhere to eat on Friday night. It has really good ratings and my friend and I enjoy Italian food so I thought I'd give it a go. The food was delicious, I had calamari to start, which was perfectly done in a light batter. Main course was king prawn spaghetti with cherry tomatoes. Doesn't sound particularly exciting but was bursting full of flavour. The restaurant was very busy and had a good atmosphere with really nice contemporary decor. Staff very attentive as well. I would definitely go back and recommend this place to others. Having been to too many disappointing Italian restaurants in Glasgow I'm happy to have found an excellent Italian eaterie worth it's high score rating.
