Ingram Wynd Review

  • Rating Good food, good service, good ambience but you want Gaels not gales at Celtic Connections! (Rating 4.6/5)
The food (Bruschetta, fish cakes for starters and then Coley and Haggis Paella!) was good and the staff coped admirably with a small wedding party (though less well with a problematic number of small people running about!) as well as serving the early evening diners heading to Celtic Connections. However, something needs to be done about that door - every time it was opened the temperature dropped significantly, hardly surprising as it was -2C outside! The heavy curtain did help initially, when it was pulled over, but once it was pushed aside the gale flooded in. We will be back but only once it's warmer outside
