Ingram Wynd Review

  • Rating The best part was the bubbly! (Rating 3.2/5)
This was my first visit to the Ingram Wynd-It has quite a formal feel to it-Staff were helpful and friendly. I brought my 11 year old son along at the last minute, although unfortunately there was not a children's menu. My pate and chutney starter was lovely. My partner had the black pudding and bacon salad (he struggled to find any bacon) but had no complaints. Our sirloin steak in peppercorn sauce was average. The steak was a little chewy and reminded me more of a slice of silverside as it was very thin. The sauce was basically gravy with peppercorns, but at £14.95 for 2 courses (with steak) it was good value).
