Hutchesons Brasserie Review

  • Rating A wonderful addition to Glasgow's dining scene (Rating 4.8/5)
I can't recommend Hutchesons enough. The food, ambience and service were all perfect. The ceiling in the dining room was spectacular. Both my friend and I raved about the food - the gnocchi with wild mushrooms and cashews was particularly to die for. The service was polite and efficient but discreet. When we arrived the waiter saw me give my friend a gift and asked if it was a special occasion. We told him it was her birthday and when he brought out the dessert at the end the kitchen had put a candle in the creme brulee and written happy birthday in chocolate around it! A lovely thoughtful gesture.
