Hutchesons Brasserie Review

  • Rating Excellent location and great service (Rating 4.4/5)
I had decided to treat my partner to a meal out for his birthday, with his request being that it included steak, so having reviewed Hutcheson's on 5pm and the good reviews it got, booked it. The venue is similar to that of Townhouse (now occupied by Chaoprhaya) but has similar feel to Corinthian. Staff were very courteous and helpful although the dressing for the crab had too much mayonnaise in it and detracted from the crab. My chocolate dessert came with pistachios but they didnt look very appealing as they were covered in some sort of green powder and didnt go well with the chocolate. Our mains were delicious; steak and chicken respectively and I would go back again to try other things on the menu. We went on a Thursday, so the atmosphere was quiet since people had gone out for Bonfire Night the previous night and therefore stayed in on the 6th, but this suited me as I have a hearing loss.
