Arranged a late lunch for 4 and a baby. Understood it was baby friendly but without any baby changing facility (baby was changed on toilet floor) I don't see how. Okay, we attempted to order house red, but clearly they are quite snobby about wine in there as the waiter told us to look at the list and pick one despite being told we wanted the cheapest. He wasn't helpful when it was clear what we wanted. So, bad start. Okay, the other staff were great, the food was entirely lovely if possibly a little meagre re: portion size. It was a case of pretty good, but could do better. Move up another gear out of going through the motions. Surprise us, make us feel special!
