    I have been to the city merchant before and had a fantastic meal however this time my experience wasn't so good. You cannot fault the customer service however the food did not deliver as promised. We ordered Thai style mussels which were definitely not Thai style and whilst the Coley was very nice the vegetables were overdone and soggy. My friends haddock and chips was very nice.
