I was very disappointed on this visit to Arta. I booked the 2 dine for £21.95 (6 tapas, bread and olives and a bottle of wine between 2) for a party of 4. On arrival we were given our menu then couldn't get hold of a waitress to place our drink order for 15 minutes. Eventually we got someone and placed our drinks and food order. Ten minutes later and our wine, bread and olives had still not appeared. We got hold of a waitress again and she then got our drinks. Our food appeared about two mins after receiving our wine (prompt service from the kitchen, pity the same couldn't be said about the waiting staff!). We still didn't have our bread and olives and I had to request them again. My chicken skewars weren't cooked properly and were returned to the kitchen and I got another dish in its place. It is fair to say that all these events had put a damper on our evening and I would have complained further at the time but didn't want to spoil our evening even more. I am going to a hen night in Arta at the end of the month and I am now very concerned about the level of service we are going to receive! I have had to rate the ambience/atmosphere and value for money as 1 as sitting waiting almost 25 mins for a drink does not create a great atmosphere at your table and although £21.95 for 6 tapas, bread and olives and a bottle of wine between 2 is a great deal, it doesn't feel like a great deal when your meal is spoiled from the lack of attention from waiting staff!
