Rating The waiting game (Rating 2.0/5)
On arrival after finding the restaurant upstairs in the building the greeter seemed unsure where we were meant to be seated even though we were on time exactly. We were placed at a table on high stools which seemed a bit out the way of the other tables that were seated and secluded tables with candlelight. No one asked us for our drinks order or even gave us a menu. We were going to just leave after waiting ten minutes as we watched servers pass us by and hover in my view which looked like free time where they could be serving me. After a long day at work I just asked to order drinks and we did and then we were still not given menus - my boyfriend asked five minutes later and we received them. We eventually ordered and waited a tremendous amount of time for our dinner, even though the place was very busy with four large parties of 30+ we still felt like there very last priority. We were given complimentary bread for our wait which was appreciated but they let us down on so many counts we were unamused. After enjoying the food( it was good but nothing amazing) I have had better tapas in Glasgow where I have also received better service. The icing on the cake, they overcharged us on the bill which I complained about and got it down to the correct price. They then could not find our coats! If you like waiting you will love this place, if not avoid!
